My name is Da'Twan Mathis, I was born and raised here in Florida. I've been in nursing over a decade, starting out as a cna. I attended Erwin Technical College for my LPN license, Rasmussen for my RN license, South University for my Family nurse practitioner license/Master's in Nursing degree and Wilkes University for my post master's degree in psychiatric mental health. I'm certified to give department of transportation physicals as well. I believe in providing a positive health care experience to all patients I have the pleasure of treating.
